If you're looking for information about what to do because you believe that your being Railroaded in Probate Court, you're probably right.   This is my experience at the Superior Court in Orange County California Probate Court in Costa Mesa located at 3390 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA.

First off, I am an American, born and raised here in the USA.  I have always been proud to be an American.  I always thought that our court system was fair for the most part.  

Unfortunately, that all changed once I entered the Probate Court here.  I am not saying that all probate courts are like this but Orange County Probate in Costa Mesa, is by far the worst I have ever seen.  

The best way to describe this court is like this.  They are all in one group and if your not in the group your going down, fast.  They have an elaborate system, where you go to a different Judge every time.  I've gone to court many times in the past, this is my second time at probate court.  Last time it was business as usual.  Not anymore, it's not.  They do not follow the laws, that will not allow you to keep your house and anyone that tries to keep their home is in for a big surprise.  

This is the only court that I have ever been to that you do not see the same judge twice.  this is the first time I have ever seen something so scandalous so corrupted, that you don't stand a chance against this court.  

I can only assume that this court has an elaborate system and after they sell your house the split up the proceeds, and you get nothing.  Oh, I forgot you get to be homeless, and penniless.  Anyone that is older like me knows that trying to start over again, at age 60 is nearly impossible for us regular workers that have worked our whole lives and saved every dime so you would not be poor when you got old.  Think again.  I did not realize when I was young that I needed to plan for a court system geared to rip you off and take everything you built.  

I have a friend who is a security guard at a few local storages, and he told me what it is really like out there.  He says that the old people that are there had wealth, but it was scammed away from them in probate court, they ended up losing everything.  They now live at their storage by day, and at night they sleep in their cars. 

I have been paying the mortgage on our house since 2010.  My husband owned it before but had a total of 5 loans out on the house, I helped him pay off the two private loans, but the other 3 he did not pay off.  They are still the same amount they were when we got married in the winter of 2013.  But this is only part of the story.  We have been in a relationship since we were 13 years old.  May 15, 1978.  We stayed together until 1989, broke up and still kind of seen each other occasionally, got back together in 2009, move in together in 2010. Got married in 2013.  

I also have vested interest in our home dating back time of purchase, my husband sold the two properties that we owned together.  My interest in our home goes all the way back to the beginning.  Now this is where I screwed up I should of had my husband put the house in my name also.  But I dont think that would of made much difference, my stepdaughter was going to come after everything we worked for my entire life anyways.  Kids these days believe that are entitled to everything you own.  

But once probate court seen that there was a fight they all jumped in and started taking everything away from me piece by piece.  They even evicted me from my home that I have lived in since 2010.

I filed the homestead which should of been enough, but then they blew off my motion never heard it and ignored that it was even there.

Then they blew off my spousal property request, and they still just ignored that I ever even filed it.  

Basically stealing everything I own.  So, stay out of probate because they dont follow the law and your screwed it if is not in your name because they will drain you of every dime you have.  For me that amount is total of 283k+100k+30K+5K+50k=every dime I have ever earned and saved is now gone. And to top that off I still owe the attorney 23K, so was it worth it.  Well it is the only place I have to live and if they get away with this I will be homeless.  Orange county homeless problems are mostly because Orange County Probate courts will not follow the law.  Wonder why that is? 

The only thing it could be is money.  The Attorney is lying, the judges are backing them up they even went as far as to tell me that my restraining order will not hold up in court, I told the judge it would, Because I made sure that they could not deny it, there are 62 exhibits. What is even worse is the judge sat there and told me that they read everything, now it they had read everything they would know that everything that they are doing is against the law.  So not I have proof that the judges, commissioners, clerks, and office managers are all involved in this scam.  

I know this all sound crazy and it is but when the Judges, and the Attorney and the court clerks, are all in on it.  Believe me, it's made me so mad.  Because to me if the courts are not following the laws, then how can they uphold the law.  

I got a notice that I was evicted from my home by default, but I was never served so there is no possible way that I would have missed a hearing about evicting me from my home.  Ya right.  

I filed 3 exparte emergency notices, I was denied on all 3.  Here's what the law says about eviction.  That they have to serve you, and they cannot evict you until you have had your day in court.  I did not find out about this court date until after the court hearing.   Which say that they won by default.  I went to the court to get this so-called service that they sent me.  There is a thing that says that they E-Served me, but I don't have E-Service.  Their attorney knows that.  They also said that they mailed me a service, but I have informed mail.  I checked there was never any service for anything at all from their attorney and if there was I would have gone to court there is no doubt about it.  But the courts refused to uphold the law, and then I got a notice that I was being forced out of my home.  How is that possible you ask, it is not but I  got a notice from the sheriff, in an unmarked car.  On the 13th on Nov., which said I had 5 days to move out and I had to be out by 6:00am.  They never came back again.  

Getting back to the truth of probate court and the wild west.  

Here are some of the events that have happened in court.  On Sept 9th, 2024, while I was speaking to the judge, the court clerk yelled out in the court room "SHE'S LYING"!

Immediately, I told the judge that I had already filed a complaint about the court clerk that was saying inappropriate things in court about me.  I filed a complaint with the courts, they sent me back two things.

1) was an acknowledgement and they said that took this kind of thing seriously.  

2) The second letter I got back was not written by one of the 3 judges that seat on this panel, it was written by a office manager, which by the way is not suppose to answer your complaint only one of the 3 judges that seat on this panel can write back.

The letter pretty much said that the transcript did not say that in them, and basically that I was imagining

the entire event.  

You heard it, yes they deleted the transcripts to that day in court.  If the court clerk is yelling out things in the court hearing, that means they are emotionally involved in the case and cannot be in the courts.

I filed a complaint and the next court hearing the girl was not there.  I think she is one of my stepdaughters' friends. 

When I called Attorney James Harvey in Huntington Beach, I told him that I filed a complaint about the court clerk.  He then said hold on, and then we heard him say to another guy in his office, that he needed to call the judge and tell her that the court clerk did not change the court records that he did; and he did not want to see the court clerk get fired for allowing him on her computer and changing the court records. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.

I filed a complaint with the courts and the head court for the entire district, they called me right away and told me exactly what to do and opened up a case.  

I also file a complaint with the State Bar.  And then another complaint about the unlawful detainer Judge.

Always file the complaints and always send them in registered mail.

I knew something was wrong about this court and the judges allow the attorney to change the records.

This is not going to go well for them from this point on.  

As for the 24/7 harassment, last night the next door neighbor toilet papered my house.  I know it was her because I overheard her teaching her kids how to destroy other peoples property and enjoy it at the same time.  This was after midnight on 01/05/2025.  The left over toilet paper they left setting on top of their trash can out front.  

I also filed a civil harassment case.  

I intend to give them everything that they deserve, just like they did me.  You don't go around calling the police and code enforcement daily and think your not going to be held accountable for your actions.
